"First time being here (for a kid's birthday party) and am more than disappointed in this business. Our party was reserved at 3pm and there wasn't even a space available for our party until about 3:15. We also had an understanding that we wanted our food first thing when we arrived. It's 10 minutes until 6pm and they finally brought out the food that we ordered. Any appetizers ordered took between 45 to 60 minutes to come out. The employees said "We are way behind in the kitchen" but assured us that it was "coming as soon as possible". The first appetizer order came out wrong. They said the kitchen messed up half the order and are remaking it. We haven't seen the other half of the order. We even made sure the reservation included a certain number of wristbands for laser tag. It took an hour for the wristbands to be given out to the kids. Meanwhile, other colored wrist bands are being called to play laser tag. The kids didn't understand that it wasn't their turn and started growing just as annoyed as the adults. If you expect customer service, go somewhere else. If you expect the employees to care about your order and appreciate your patronage, go elsewhere. Avoid this place. Let our bad experience prevent yours."

"Fantastic place. Friendly staff. It is not your typical laser tag place. They add a whole different aspect to it with the types of scenarios they have. Then there are games and hockey tables to play in between the game rounds. Great place to host a birthday party for teens."

"Great experience out for my daughter's sweet 16 birthday fun. Laser tag courses (3) are all fun. They serve food, drinks and beer here. 5 stars of fun."

"There for a birthday party. Kids said the lasers were good quality and the tag was fun. Had video / arcade games to play while they waited which was great. The foosball table could use some work and the air hockey was ok. Pizza was good for a place that isn't a restaurant. Drink choices for the party guests were all soda... I'd love some healthy options other than water. Overall it's a great spot and fun was had."

"Team Tactics is great. This was my first time here and i have to say the team is awesome and professional. The facility is spacious inside and outside the laser tag area. The prices are very reasonable and the games can last upwards of 15 minutes or more. If laser tag is not your speed, they have several gaming consoles and nostalgic arcade games like NBA Jams, Turtles in Time, and X-Men vs Street Fighter that can be played for free as long as you want with no purchase required. Definitely will visit this place again the next time I'm in the area!"
