"DON'T EVER GO HERE! The most worthless $500 I ever spent. The daughter asked to have her birthday party here. No instruction on how this was supposed to work. Confused the whole way. Provided a rack place our possessions on, but when asked, didn't have a place to put it away from everyone walking around. So, I had to watch it. Placed the cake in a freezer and froze the icing; ruined the cake. Told us they would place the pizza in a heater; it came back cold. Asked for a knife to cut the frozen cake; it was dirty, had other icing and cake pieces on it. Boring, quiet room. Didn't tell us they didn't have the soda we ordered until we got the room. No forks. Other workers came into our room during the party to get supplies. No music. Difficult to find the party coordinator. Lastly, they had the nerve to ask if I wanted to tip the coordinator. Maybe they, along with the management of this place, should take more pride in their business... there's your tip. Never to return again. With so many kids around, you would expect they could find more appropriate music than 50 Cent's "In da Club" or Rhianna's "S&M" to play. Inappropriate..."

"Great place to go if you have little ones and want to run off some of that energy. We went on a Saturday for a birthday party and the staff were all really nice and accommodating. It was also very clean!"
"Would have been 5 stars. The park itself is great. However I still got charged the $31.99 monthly fee even after I canceled my membership. Unfortunately won't be going back."
