"Pomeroy’s provided excellent service for my 20 year old XMark zero turn mower. The main drive belt had snapped while I was mowing. Pomeroy’s came to my property, winched it up my long front meadow to their flatbed, brought it to their shop, thoroughly refurbished it by changing all the belts, oil and spark plug, and added an air filter housing that had been missing for years. Then they brought it back to my home and placed it into my shed, in plenty of time for the next mowing. They were polite and pleasant to deal with, and their price was quite reasonable. I’d recommend them to anyone."

"Stopped in to ask about some new tires for my riding mower that had issues gettin up a hill in my backyard. They got me the tires they recommended pretty quick and mounted them for me. I didn't think the tread on the rear tires were gunna do the job so they ordered me another set for the rear no questions asked and now I'm able to make it up the hill"

"Updated... These guys do not deserve the one star option. I am a small business owner who treats customers with respect and honesty. When our company receives payments, we provide great services. Pomeroy's sold me a broke chainsaw and i have gave many opportunities to resolve this issue. Its been over a year now and i believe the decision to jeopardize their reputation and lose a customer over $140 is not good business for our community. I will never let this go because the people running our businesses should be putting the community customers first and not hiding behind the desk when asked to correct their mistake. I respect and appreciate your reply, the chainsaw was returned the same day and i was told to leave it and i will be contacted. After 2 weeks i had called to check in on it and the guy remembered me yet asked again for my information. That was the first clue that there was no action being taken to correct the issue. No results and no compensation."
