"Dr. Chenault is an amazing vet! We took our cat there to have a lump on his front leg looked at. Dr. Chenault said it would be best to remove it. 1 year later it came back,he informed us that a biopsy would be the best,it came back positive for sarcoma cancer. He was very informative of what sarcoma cancer is and gave us options. After having this tumor removed twice, we decided to have his front leg amputated, since it was the only way to stop this cancer from spreading. He had the surgery 3 weeks ago and is doing great. Thanks Dr. Chenault for giving my cat a second chance"

"These people are not honorable people, and their word means nothing. I received a cost for dental services after Christmas as I went inside to discuss their up-sale to get my dog's teeth cleaned. I was told to "lock in" this price NOW as it would probably go up later. The lady, Haley, went over everything and gave me their 10% off which was their marketing gimmick to get me to agree to get the service done. She gave me an appointment date of 1-19-24 and wrote everything down on a paper, signed it, and gave it to me showing all the information we discussed. I said ok, see you then. After I dropped of my dog, who had not eaten since the day before, I received a call from a rude women (Ashia R) who said that they had a price increase and would no longer honor the price of 528.00 and that it would be almost 700.00 dollars. I said "no that is not what I was told." The same rude women (Ashia R) got all huffy and puffy and I said, "that's not right. I came in there and made sure what the charge was going to be." I said I need to speak to the manager, and that I've already been told exactly what the total would be. I waited and waited and waited with no call back. Finally, my wife said to just go get her so we can at least feed her breakfast. So I did, with the rude women rolling her eyes the whole time I sat in the lobby waiting for Heather, the so-called manager, to come out to speak with me about this issue at hand. SHE NEVER CAME OUT. I finally said "look, I've got to go as I volunteer at the food bank", and had to go. I said, "please have her call me about this issue". SHE NEVER DID. When I called back in the afternoon to say that she still has not called me they said that my file now says that I'm no longer to be serviced. I said, "for what?" Now I must also say that I'm a 20 plus year customer that started going there when they opened. These people have proved to me that they are unprofessional and have no honor. Their rudeness is beyond the pale. I DID NOTHING WRONG and yet without even having the decency to talk to me about it, they penalize me Greed is what they are all about and, in my opinion, THEY ARE WORSHIPPERS OF MONEY. .......MONEY, MONEY MONEY........THAT"S ALL THEY CARE ABOUT AND NOTHING ELSE .....AND DO NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS......THEY ALSO HAVE A VERY HIGH TURNOVER AND THE SEVICE has gotten WORSE AND WORSE......ZERO STARS FROM ME....GOOD RIDDANCE!"

"Absolutely love our vet & the techs we’ve seen the last 3 visits we’ve been to with our puppy. They always take time to explain any questions or concerns I have & for that I’m thankful!!"

"My only bone to pick with this place is not being open on Sunday, at least for a couple hours. Most people who board their animals for travel are going to be picking up their animals on Sunday, yet here, you have to pay a whole extra day of boarding even though you are home. They say it’s only during the “slow season”, but I don’t get it. My kids couldn’t understand why we were home and couldn’t pick up our dog…my wife wondering why we are paying an extra day of boarding when its not needed. Perhaps the owner should take a look at this unfortunate policy. Staff is great, and my dog came back in one piece, so thats good!"

"Our Belgian Malinois, Nitro, has been under the care of Dr. Kellar-Brown for the past two years now and we could not be more pleased with the care he has received. Everyone from the front office staff, to Morgan, Nitro's favorite veterinary technician, to Dr. Kellar-Brown is committed to providing an exceptional experience for Nitro and his parents. We are so grateful!"
