It can get a little chaotic, which is true of all vet offices, but I find them to be very kind and accommodating while also staying on schedule for my appointment times. Prices are fair, and I've appreciated how much they share about various aspects of my pet's personality, condition, etc., so I feel like I'm having well-rounded visits with a vet that's paying attention to my whole pet, no matter what the specific reason for the visit is."

"I love this vet. I have a few fur babies. They have let me be active in the choices of how I care for my pups. No judgments given. They are always helpful and insightful. They remember them and the first time ever my pups are excited to go to vet. They check up on the more serious reasons for going to the vets. Small or big dogs they have provided great care. They educate on side effects of meds and what to expect. They have made accommodations for my pound pup who is aggressive towards other dogs. My big boy was returned to me happy and playful. Other vets he had tail between his legs and head down. They won him over! Fantastic care and nurturing nature of all vet techs. We love Dr Green who is our favorite, btw tell the Doc Casey gives her four paws up. She rocks!"

"Ashcake Animal Clinic isn't my personal vet, but they do handle two of my clients dogs. I'm a dog walker, and I noticed that one of my doggy clients wasn't acting like himself. I called on the way over, because we didn't have an appointment, and they fit us right in to avoid a costly emergency visit for my client. They were wonderfully attentive and caring, even aside from just fitting us into their schedule. They spoke to me kindly and thoroughly. They did everything they needed to make sure the pup was okay before bringing him back out. I would certainly recommend this vet for anyone who is in the vicinity of their office!"

"I started bringing my puppy Duncan to Ashcake a couple months ago. We originally went to another vet as we had exotics previously and wanted to keep all of our animals at one place. Not only was Ashcake more affordable than our other vet they were more responsive and overall seemed more caring. Recently he hurt his paw at daycare, they graciously worked us in same day, saw us even though we were late (completely my fault!), and provided excellent care. Dr. Green was so sweet, explained everything really well, wrapped him up, and provided medication with clear instructions. We used to wait 40+ minutes just to be seen at our old vet but from the time we pulled up to leaving it was maybe 30 minutes! We will be transitioning his care fully to Ashcake. Very impressed with their docs and staff. We will be driving 3x as far to get here and it's well worth it! Thanks Dr. Green and staff for being amazing and caring for my baby so well!"
