"Everything went very smoothly! I had found a stray kitten in my backyard. Very friendly but didn’t love to be picked up so I dropped him off in a trap. Everyone was very nice! I was only 20 minutes late to work (I had told my boss I would be 1-2 hours late). He’s doing great and I have a home lined up for him. The price was less than half of what my vet would have charged for just the neuter and Kincheloe did testing and vaccines and even clipped his claws. Very happy and I have another appointment in a few days with another backyard kitty!"
"My foster puppies get their spay or neuter surgery done here often and they are amazing. The dogs always have a quick recovery and the surgical site looks great! The staff is friendly and I appreciate them always working to fit us in. Would highly recommend!"
"I work with Kinchloe’s South a lot with my job. From checking in, weighing in and procedures/surgeries run very smoothly. I always look forward to going because they make it easy! They work with my dogs and cats to feel as comfortable as possible. If they’re afraid they will work with them and give them treats. They are very knowledgeable, caring and though. The cost is cheaper but the care is NOT! I recommend using this facility for your animals."
"Pros: This company is great. My pitbull was neutered without any complications. They also gave a follow up call which was nice. The light haired woman who took my dog from me upon arrival and explained everything during pick up was friendly and caring. Cons: I noticed the brown haired lady who sits at the desk when you walk in seems to not enjoy being a part of this organization. She was moody, unpleasant and short with her coworkers. No smiles were available from her that day. Cheer up lady."
"We had a pregnant feral cat that needed a spay appointment ASAP. They got her in. Great communication, clean facility, friendly and efficient front desk. Affordable. Kitty did well. Very pleased. Will be back to help with the other ferals. Recommend to use and to donate to!"
