"Three months ago this was a 5 star review. Now? The other day I waited 10 minutes for a cashier to get off his phone before walking out. Tonight the same cashier says there's an extra 3 dollar credit card charge for every purchase despite me watching him not do that for the customer in front of me. Absolutely atrocious. Update: This has been changed and everything is normal again. I have not seen the person that did this to me working here again. Tugwell's is back to the excellent service it has always provided."

One of the best personalities I’ve ever came across. Whoever is management y’all definitely did the best thing hiring her! As long as she is there you have a customer in me"
