"I was really upset with the behavior of the young man, pharmacist , who was on duty on 1/19/24 at 11:30am at the CVS. His behavior bordered on inexplicable rudeness! I was told by the pharmacy tech that the pharmacist needed to speak to me about my prescription (OxyContin) before he could ring me up. When the pharmacist finally came, there was no eye contact nor a greeting. He merely said nonchalantly, “Do you have any questions?” I had questions, but with his attitude I said no. OxyContin is a very addictive & potentially dangerous drug to be treated so lightly by this supposedly professional. I could have been a non-reader & needed the information about how to take this drug safely as directed. I hope that this was a one off for this young man. Otherwise,This young man will not last very long in a field that deals so closely with the public. I hope that this was just a one off for this young man. The other staff were polite & professional."
"I purchased a dozen roses for a holiday family gift exchange for a pre-Christmas family dinner. The roses were near the check-out counter & the associate applied my $4 coupon. Perfect!"
"It's a drug store. I pick up my prescriptions there. They have them and I conduct my business in a timely fashion. The employees are polite despite being overworked and being given ridiculous metrics to live up to by corporate pencil pushers that have no idea or interest in actually running a business safely and effectively as it might lower their bonus and they can't bare to be the bearer of bad news to the shareholders. The store itself is fine though."
"Staff very rude and unapologetic. Staff stated no RX sent in per MD. MD office had rec’d confirmation 2 hrs prior that CVS did receive the rx. Staff found the rx after rechecking with nasty attitude. Staff member said “ have a blessed day” to all customers but me. She slammed rx down and clipped voice stated ” shake and refrigerate” and walked away"
