"I really wanted to have a good review. Started off well with Chevrolet Roadside Assistance. Waited about 30 minutes to check status link and found out this company canceled (after confirming and giving eta). They stated some equipment issue. This was a tire change, so not sure what was required they didn't have. This was a Friday evening. I just wished they would have sent a follow-up saying thanks, but we can't help."

"My auto insurance carrier dispatched Jack Rabbit to give me a jump. After numerous Estimated arrival time changes within 3 hours. I called my insurance company, they suggested I have another road side dispatched because Jack Rabbit was not a reliable company. I just don’t understand why they keep them around with such a bad reputation. I am beyond upset because I’m like 4 hours late for work.. I might as well not go. SMH"

"Do not call these people. Called road side assistance through my insurance carrier. Said they were on the way and never showed up. No call no show. It's amazing people like this stay in business. Recommended to my insurance company to drop them. Stranded on 295 during a storm."

"So my insurance company assigned these guys to roadside assistance. The assistance required was pretty straightforward. Because of the cold my coolant lines had frozen and I needed to get some anti-freeze(which I had) into my cars coolant tank. However the cap on the coolant tank had been derailed somehow and was stuck. Pretty straightforward. Needed a 10 inch wrench. Which I did NOT have. So I was stuck. Guy finally shows up. Tries to unscrew it with a pocket knife and screwdriver, and then announces he can't get it off, and I need to see a mechanic. At 10 PM on a Saturday night. I said he could just use a wrench on it and was told "don't have one". He drove off, and stuck, I made the half hour walk in 20 degree weather to wal mart where I procured a wrench, walked back and and after some twisting got the cap off and was on my way. What sort of roadside assistance company does not require its people have basic tools like a wrench? Useless."

"Used my roadside assistance to help when my son locked my keys in my car at church, who contracted Jack Rabbit USA to come unlock us. Said 37 minutes. Over 90 minutes later, still heard nothing and my app said they were not even on the road yet. Called to confirm and was told she would call the driver and find out. After being on hold for over 10 minutes she told me she couldn't contact him or locate him, but texted him to give me a call. At this point a sheriff's deputy happened to see me pacing and was able to help me get into my vehicle. I cancelled through my roadside assistance. An hour after this the driver contacts me hes on his way. I informed him I had cancelled and he rudely asked what I had done that for. Glad I wasn't stuck somewhere outside in the heat if its 2.5 hours to come unlock a door that literally took 5 minutes if that to open."
