7-Eleven

"I gave a 4 bc it's usually a good experience. Tonight I go in for smokes. There's a long line. 2 cashiers but only 1 is ringing people up. But the customers are her friends & they talk, talk, talk. Finally i get up there. I have mobile coupon for smokes. It took my phone a minute for it to pop up. Cashier acts like I'm wasting her time. She rolled her eyes. She scans & then i tell her I want to put my phone # in for possible discount. She said nothing. I started doing it on credit machine & then I remembered the 1st time I did it ...it was on the customer ring up screen BEHIND the credit machine. I said " oh it's this screen I put it in right?" ..i got no answer. I waited for her to tell me total. Not a peep. I ask for receipt at end & she huffs & gives it to me. 1st I'm disabled- very hard to walk even with crutches. 2nd- I'm short- I can't barely see over the credit machine- so how do I know exactly what to do? I'm not a 7-11 regular customer & they shouldn't EXPECT customers to know how they do things. They should tell customer the final total. If they pay cash they should repeat the amount of $ customer gives to pay. They should tell customer amount of change-if any-& Count it back. The cashier was in a great mood with the couple she was ringing up & talking to- but she puts a frown on when me & my phone wasn't fast enough for her. She should be more professional."

"The owners call me by my first name they're always polite to me they joke around with me I recently lost my husband and they always ask me if I'm okay they genuinely are concerned they're always nice to me the workers there are nice to me they get me in and out of there there was a product that they didn't carry and they started ordering it in for me they just help me anyway that they can and I've always had a good experience there"

"We had their pizza delivered using the app. It wasn't bad being gas station pizza and not too expensive either. We got the meat one. We got a bunch a stuff and their delivery charge wasn't cheap, but the prices of the items seemed about the same as if we went to the store ourselves and didn't seem too much bumped up being that we got it delivered. We also got alcohol which if bought through DoorDash you'd spend almost twice as much for the same item. I do get things at 711 through DoorDash all the time because they don't charge extra if it's on their way back from your other order and you add it on."

"I can count on one hand the number of times I've really had a complaint about somewhere i either shop, eat, visit etc.....but the man that works here in the morning is by far one of the rudest human beings i have EVER encountered. I work in customer service as well, and would be out of a job if i spoke to a customer the way he does. He totally took me out of my peaceful nature, and at 6 a.m, I am in a full on screaming match with this man over a 1.00 cup of coffee. If it had not been for the extremely nice lady that was working there at the same time, i promise you i would never return to this store again. This man should definitely not be working with the public, and definitely not in customer service at the local 7-11. Terrible attitude, and very aggressive."

"I called corporate on the racist issues josh an employee was giving me and my husband... Donald from corporate says maybe you should just go to another place instead... Since i called corporate Friday which was 4 days ago i had two more incidents. Josh the employee walked away from me and my son when i went to the counter. To purchase drinks... Just ignoring me until another employee came in and they helped me .. Also i asked for a specific cigar i smoke on a different day and he just refused to even open the drawer and take it out.. Why do i have to go a extra mile to get gas or other things i need when there employee is in the wrong. But he gets to keep his job. If it were any other company it would be a automatic dismissal.. Just the racial remarks alone should be enough .. But i guess 7 11 doesnt care that there customers are gettting trwated like trash .. Even from corporate. Wow! Can anyone make sense of this... Please enlighten me.!!!!!"
