"I went into this location with my friend and the cashier told me that I had to make my friend wait outside if I wanted to purchase something because she didn’t have her ID I thought this was very rude and inconsiderate since she wasn’t purchasing anything. So if you get the white older lady with glasses just know that she picks and chooses who she asks for Identification"
"Insanely nice and helpful staff. I’ve been to some stores with semi rude employees but everyone in there today went out of their way to make sure any customer didn’t need help/have questions etc. good group of people here Congrats and thank you"

"I visited this store and heard a worker say that someone who was parked in the fire lane could’ve spent whatever money he spent on car upgrades to live in a better neighborhood. He said it out loud around a group of black people and then the card machines went down. I was honestly baffled at the comment and overall shocked. It was an extremely unpleasant and unprofessional experience. I try my best to avoid this location since then."
"Really nice abc location. Newer and clean, with very wider aisles, unlike most other locations in Richmond. Even though the store itself is really large, it doesn't seem to have a super large selection. Pleasant employees. Easy to get in and out super quickly."
