"My girlfriend and I just bought a new bed from here which is scheduled to be delivered on Friday. The salesman Jack was very kind and patient with us (with me that's saying something). He helped us find something that was exactly what we were looking for and well within the price range we set. Hope soon to be going back and getting the matching dressers for it. "Very nice blend of being helpful, professional, and friendly. He helped me to find exactly what I was looking for and asked if he could help me find anything else today. However, he was not overly pushy about it which turns many customers like myself away. He was conversational and made me feel as If I was buying from a friend? Its hard to fake that kind of approach. He is there to make a living but honestly seems to wants to help the customer. I will defiantly remember that the next time I need or want furniture!"
"I THOUGHT this was a good place to purchase furniture. But the horrible customer service isn’t worth it. AT ALL. The owner himself is incredibly rude. Like INCREDIBLY rude. I, myself have worked with the public for 16 years & his customer service skills need ALOT of work. I was always taught & trained that even if a customer is completely wrong you at least give them their chance to speak or whatever. But not this guy. He yells, talks over you & hangs up when he’s the one who started the conversation from the first second being rude & aggressive. The owner (who of course didn’t give his name) should maybe not be the face of that store bc his people skills are truly lacking."
