"I called the store on 8/2/23 at 3:07pm, and asked the lady if she minded telling me if they have something left. She responded with an attitude saying “I kinda do mind”, and then went quiet for a while like she was expecting me to hang up. This woman should be fired immediately. Telling a customer that she doesn’t want to answer your call and help you is insanely obnoxious and rude. If she doesn’t want to work, and wants to be rude to customers… then she shouldn’t be paid. I will not be going to this location any longer."
"The experience here is normally good, but the service was terrible this time. I know people want to get home, but take that up with whoever is scheduling. I came in 3 minutes before closing and they were locking the door. She told me to hurry up because she was locking the door as I came in. By the time I checked out and was walking out the door it was 6:02. While I was in there she complained the entire time saying that she has drinks waiting for her and she shouldn’t have let me in. Rushed me the whole time, I couldn’t even get what I wanted really. I just found it highly unprofessional and a very uncomfortable experience."
"This ABC store is always busy but the people who work there are kind! This store is always an in and out! Be careful somewhat of a bad area especially at night time."
"Waiting for 2 houts to have items pulled should be noted on the site. I ordered at 3 pm on Sunday and was only offered next day pick up. AFTER I had already paid. When I did go pick up there was no clearly designated spot for curbside and no one was watching for my arrival. I had to Google the store's phone number and tell them I was there. Basically...their curbside service needs so work!"
"Service is great here and the lines (if there is one which depends on when you get there) move exceptionaly fast. They have excellent customer service too. This is my local store and if it was bigger (had a better selection) and if the parking lot was cleaner and easier to pull out of (not their fault) this would definately be a 5 star place. I hope in the future they can update this shopping mall and I can give it 5 stars."
