"I've been going to Westwood for years. Wonderful staff and knowledgeable of working with different breeds. My girl loves the staff and usually gets super excited when she hears their voice."
"While visiting family wanted to have my cat checked as she was having issues with her ears. Went to Westwood which use to be my Vet when I lived in the area. Well it's very different now you have to call when you arrive to check in. I was asked if I wanted to come in to wait but after over 20 minutes figured that request was ignored. When calling back to state I was being ignored the girl answering the phone literally laughed at my frustration. When asked to speak to manager there wasn't one. The person in charge wasn't available but transfered to their voicemail there's no identification as to who your leaving a message for. This is not the Westwood I use to go to. Dr. Wise wouldn't be too happy as to what I experienced today (12/28/23)."

"We were a walk in at 8am today 10/12/2023. The staff was quick, responsive, and on top of everything. Immediately had a second plan if the first fell through. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Kay! She was hands down amazing! Broke down every price and option for me. Her nurse( I can't remember her name) was amazing , also! We have our big baby back home and hopefully on the mend! Definitely an amazing vet, we will be taking all of our animals there from now on!"
