"Unfortunately I have to change my 5-star review to a 1-star review after using Blue Mountain as our go-to for several years. They came out on 7/31 and "cleared" a main line clog. At that appointment, the plumber stated that he was worried that he needed the bigger snake, but opted not to go get it. Fast forward to September, and we begin to have the same problem again. Blue Mountain comes out and they need the larger snake to actually fix the problem. Because we were outside of the 30 day warranty window, we were charged again and the amounts were different (second appointment was slightly less even though it took longer and required the bigger tool). The plumbers provided no explanation for pricing either time and there is nothing on the invoice that explains the price difference. When we reached out to Blue Mountain via email to share our concerns re: the quality of work and receive an explanation for the differences in price, they never responded. If you want honest and transparent pricing and folks that do the job right the first time, I'd say look elsewhere."
