"Pharmacy was listed as VA Community Care in network. Go to pick up Rx, then was told that it wasn't covered because only vaccines are covered. Pharmacy refused to call the VA hotline that is available to them for VA orders and told me to call some other number which was absolutely no help. Couldn't reach a representative without being a member of some insurance group. Left after paying out of pocket. After speaking with the VA folks myself, they said CVS was wrong not to call them to resolve it. They only get a star because despite a long line, they were able to process the Rx very fast."

"Very late to fill the prescription, I got my Albuterol spray (medicine) after three days involved in cough and short breaths. Crazy store, always there’s some weakness in this store. Error in connection and error in printing medicine invoice and RX hours announced 9 am till 8 pm but when I arrived at 1:40 the pharmacy was closed. Not responsive CVS Pharmacy store. I have to change my pharmacy as soon as possible."
"CVS is the only pharmacy I I've ever used that closes for lunch in the middle of the day, great customer service they have never been famous for but this takes it to a whole new level of inconvenience for the customer. Yes I know people need to eat I've run retail business before myself and I am always more patient during the lunch hour, but closing? Really?"
"There are other pharmacy choices people! This place is just a monument to misery and waiting in line or being sent away empty handed due to "issues". They've asked us to pay full price for prescriptions despite having our unchanging insurance for years so then we have to wait longer for them to contact insurance and so on. My doctors have also complained that they had issues communicating with this CVS! Also, their hours are very poor - closing early on the weekends?! I've since switched to the Harris Teeter pharmacy across the street and I no longer dread having to go pick up a prescription!"
