The compassion that used to drive us has been exchanged for the almighty dollar. My dog was misdiagnosed there last year and now my cat is the victim of their indifference. "I came in here last night with a very young and sick kitten i had rescued. He was in very bad condition, and I was a mess. As soon as i walked in I felt so welcomed, and they took him straight back. The receptionists were so nice, and engaged in conversation with me to help me cope. Dr. Jerek was amazing, she came in with frequent updates, tried her best to give him the best care and keep him comfortable. In the end it was too much and we had to euthanize. Dr. Jerek was very comforting and walked me through each step with great detail. This amazing place will now have my other two babies in their care due to this amazing experience."
