"My rating would be zero stars if that were an option. Every time I call I have an issue with the representative. She doesn’t listen and is unprofessional. The only time I didn’t have an issue with her actually doing her job is when she attempted to sell me home owners insurance. I’m not understanding why she would think I’d trust her (because she represents Allstate) with my home when she acts like her fingers are broken when it comes to my vehicles. Negative 50 out of 5 stars. It’s the ghetto - I do not recommend… If I actually spoke to someone with customer service skills my rating would be different, but she - she ain’t it."
