"BodyMindSoulSalem is one of my absolute favorite spots around Roanoke. 1. The vibes are immaculate - truly what zen den dreams are made of! I moved to Roanoke earlier this year and feel so fortunate to have found this beautiful, peaceful & safe space to retreat and recharge. 2. I’m a huge fan of the “floating” soundbaths (in the hammock)… i imagine I’m meditating in a cocoon and literally float out of there like a butterfly! Sheer bliss. 3. Christine (the owner) is also… you guessed it… WONDERFUL!!! I highly recommend popping in for a soundbath or trying an aerial yoga class."
"This place is phenomenal! The owner, Christine, was incredible. She is encouraging and helpful in every way. My friend and I had always wanted to try Aerial Yoga and she squeezed us in- we are so grateful, as the experience was even more than what we expected. SO much fun. It allows your body and mind to feel relaxed and rejuvenated. If you are feeling nervous, don’t! Men and women did this class of all ages, and she worked with every one of us to make us feel comfortable yet challenged."
"Highly recommend!! I’ve attended a sound bath, aerial and regular yoga classes at this studio. The instructor, Christine, is amazing. She is so supportive and positive when she teaches. She makes the class fun, but also keeps it challenging. I have an amazing experience every time I attend one of her classes. I even convinced my husband to take an aerial class with me and he was surprised at much he enjoyed it. If you’ve been on the fence with yoga/aerial yoga, you need to come and take one of her classes. You will not be disappointed."
