"This is the perfect place to go for a walk, outdoor show, or picnic in NW DC. The grounds are maintained well and there's plenty of room to accommodate lots of people. It's not heavily forested (which might sound like a downside for a park), but its sense of expansiveness -- which is only accented on a gorgeous day -- gives Fort Reno something special.
