"I will never go back. I took my shi tzu puppy twice . I was not impressed the first time with the cleanliness and overall customer service, but they did a serviceable job with my new pup and wanted to give them one more chance . First, they seem put out by your presence even though you have an appointment. I brought my dog in at 8am and they were very put out that I needed him done by noon because I needed to get to work. He weighs 7 pounds. They complained about him when I picked him up. He's a baby and learning and I thought they were the professionals. I went back the next morning because his ear was strange and bothering him and was treated abominably--very unhelpful and dismissive. I look forward to trying the puppy spa as I've heard good things and telling everyone I know with dogs about my experience at this establishment. My dog loves the vet and is so very friendly and loving and was scared and unhappy there. I should have trusted his instincts. I wish there was a zero star"
