"I am deeply saddened by the consistent increase in prices at gift and thrift. This used to be a place that was affordable for all, but I can no longer see it that way. I have noticed prices that are increasing more each time I visit. For example- a drink pitcher (nothing special, not thriftique) -$25, Rae Dunn Mugs (used)- $8, Squishmallow pillows- $25. This is a just a small sampling of what I viewed there today. I understand there is a mission, but at the same time, I donate to thrift stores with the idea that I'm helping to make items more affordable. Some of these prices are higher than brand new items that could be purchased elsewhere. I hope you will take into consideration my review and deeply reflect on how to move forward with pricing that will support our local community by making things more affordable, especially during these times that are challenging for many."
"I used to enjoy visiting this store but after the experience I had recently I will not ever shop here again. I was double charged for two items (coincidentally the most expensive things I purchased) and upon pointing this out to an employee they made it seem as if refunding me for their mistake was a huge ordeal. I overheard the elderly door person ask the middle aged overweight cashier loudly if there was a mistake or "something else was going on". The cashier then told the elderly woman that it was at her discretion if I got my money back or not. I can't help but feel as if this was blatant discrimination based on the fact that I visited the store with my partner who is trans. If you enjoy discrimination and being treated poorly then this is the place for you, but if you enjoy being treated like a human being I would venture elsewhere! I will definitely not spend another dollar here and will caution others against doing so as well."

"Good layout. Nice spacing of products and racks. Prices are a little higher than some places. They have a weekly color tag on sale. I assume the color changes each week. Today, all green tags were 50% off."
