"Mobile order placed in the parking lot waited 10 minutes to go in and retrieve order. Food was ICE cold. Fresh ingredients and cheaper than Chipotle but it's always a hit or miss on hot food. Placed open at 10:30am order placed at 10:30am and picked up at 10:45am. Do better"

"I wish I could give this place a negative star rating. Extremely disappointing experience! Very poor and rude customer service. I arrived at the restaurant at 8:30 pm, a half hour before closing time. All the toppings had been put away. When I asked for things to be put on my bowl, the employee was extremely rude, huffing and puffing under her breath, and slamming things around as if she was doing me a favor. When I asked for things, she barely put any in and when I asked for a little more lettuce, she put two small shreds in. She slammed the sauce containers in the bag. Extremely displeased and felt very unwelcome. Will not be going back and would not recommend."

"Daily dinner stop, always the same bowl ...The impossible bowl. When I came in the line was pretty long for it was a weekend and to be expected. We had a few trainees. When the trainee was preparing my the quantities was too small and the trainer wasn't pleased neither was I but I saw I didn't need to make mention. The trainer took the bowl from the trainee and prepared my beautiful bowl. Full of fresh goodness. woohooooo!!!"
