"Only issue is, when your at self check out, they watch you like a hawk, it makes people feel uncomfortable. One associate kept walking back and forth watching me. Take self check out away if you need to do that. I'm a regular there, no need to steal."

"10-27-2023 - Was there around 12:30 ish. Just went for a few items. I like to know why this place seldoms has Mountain Dew Zero? Hardly ever and today there was none! Never can find anyone to check to see if any in the back. I also would like to know why do they stock the individuals milk on the very top shelf of the refrigerator? That is also almost always empty but to make matters worse a short person like myself can not reach that high! Then I go to checkout. No cash register lines are open. None. Zilch. Only self service was open. Why do I have to do someone else's job? Why do I not get paid to do that job? I don't even get a discount! Don't tell me a shortage of people. Workers all over the place talking or playing on their phones."

"I have to admit Never been a fan of Foodlion, I shop Kroger and Lidel Mostly. But, since I've learned how to get cash back and do digital coupons and so far saved close to $900. I'm Excited. The customer service is Fantastic, employees are helpful, courteous and go above and beyond if I'm looking for a specific sale item and it's sold out, they will go in the back and see if anything is available. The Deli has Gotten way better than it was a year ago. You gotta Try Bruchetta Turkey though, AMAZING. QUALITY, Convience, AND Wonderful helpful employees. I'm a regular there now"

"Customer service is a negative. Waited in the customer service line with no associate at the register. No sign to stating they’ll be back, nothing. Waited at least 10 mins before the lady behind me knocks on the office door for someone to come out. The girl comes out and says don’t knock on the door then proceeds to say we trying to count the draw it’s a lot of money. Mind you we can hear them laughing loud in the office. Finally the bagger goes to the door to see what is taking so long. The bagger lady was good she was just coming in from outside and tried to do her due diligences and help the situation. The same lady comes out and says you have to come back later the system went down, didn’t even ask what we were there for. Very poor customer service at the service desk."

"This location has great looking produce. Though peaches aren't in season at the time I'm writing this, they have peaches bigger than softballs. The staff here is always kind and engaging, even at the end of the evening—which is refreshing when shopping after having a long day yourself."
