"What can I say? It's Trader Joe's and they have boatloads of fresh flowers at fantastic prices that last for a week and a half! What more do you need to know? Seriously, this Newport News location is always neat and clean. The staff is always helpful, kind, and not rushed. I have a 3-hour drive to my home in North Carolina because there is no closer Trader Joe's. But my dog must have their biscuits, and I must have Trader Joe's Irish breakfast tea everyday! The fresh fruits, vegetables, prepared salads are always delicious and fairly priced. Trader Joe's brand sliced cheeses, particularly Muenster, are delicious and affordable. It is respiratory illness season and I have multiple bottles of Trader Joe's spray hand sanitizer. They're very small, effective, smell delightful, and they don't dry out my hands. Will I be back there in about 2 months? Absolutely!"

"I must admit this was my 1st time in a Trader Joe’s mainly because of my preconceived notion that it wasn’t my type of scene. I was pleasantly surprised, nothing like the While Food vibe I had erroneously assigned to it. It was bright fun and really unique with a real cool farmers market vibe. Diversity in its surroundings and products was a welcomed change of the bland or weird brands I thought I would see. I will be back. Love this place."
