"Dr. Kapoor is such a great doctor- you can tell he really cares for each person he interacts with. He takes the time to explain the issues, ask if the patient has any additional concerns, and get to know each person. I’ve been going to see him for a few years now and as I was sitting in the waiting room for my most recent appointment, I was able to hear him talking with each patient- he has amazing bedside manner and it’s easy to see why everyone loves him."
"Although I very much like Dr. Wagner and his staff, I didn’t even see him because he was too busy today. I saw his PA instead who was very nice but she wasn’t who I scheduled an appointment with. This appointment had been cancelled and rescheduled multiple times and I don’t like coming to the appointment after multiple reschedules and then the doctor is not available to see me. Every time I schedule an appointment it is cancelled and rescheduled at least 3-4 times, but this was the first time I didn’t even get to see a doctor."
"Dr. Wagner has a very friendly and highly efficient team. Although there seemed to be many patients in the waiting room, I was seen very quickly. He also assured me that patient health is his priority. His staff will work with you if your insurance is giving you a hard time."
