"Not good service and ZERO customer service. I Spoke with Susan and she was so rude. I came to pay a bill that I was charge for a service that I never received! & she was so rude and had no civil service or even nice way to talk. I was explaining how they never cleaned my pool and had a proof with pictures and her response was getting up and yelling that if I don’t pay it she will take me to COURT ! Like is that even legal to talk to a customer like that??? that was not nice at all because I came all the way to pay but as customer who is upset for her service I have the right to talk about it. & apparently everyone was complaining about the guys who came and did my service and they ended up leaving so I was not the only person who received a bad service. Overall I’m not happy with the service and the customer service."
