"Good job, but I can't seem to get the type of service that I'm expecting. This is the second salon that I've gone to where I don't end up with the color that I picked out. After waiting for 15 minutes for someone to serve me, then waiting again in the chair for a period of time before someone actually comes out to do my pedicure. By this point I am just ready to go because I spent 2 hours by now. So, I can comfortably say that I won't be going back. I will look for a more upscale salon so that can receive predictable results."
