She told me that the person who offers the estimates would return the following day, and they would be happy to follow up with a call and a visit the next day, too. She said she surely didn't wish for me to be left hanging, and that's why they would call me asap. --- Well, that's exactly what they did - left me hanging. I never heard from them again! BUT, low and behold, I've grown accustomed to that BS in this town. I've read previous poor reviews and spoken to unhappy, tossed out once potential clients, so it was not unexpected, and surely no surprise. Movin' on, baby. Good luck!"
"Called 4 times to set up a time to have carpet repaired. The fist time was scheduled for a Wednesday and they never showed up. Called to all why and to make another appointment and they said call back later. I called back and they will not give me a specific date on when they can come repair it. They just said he will call before he comes. There is no way to plan around that."
