"I have had a lot of mouth trauma and always leave dentists and endodontist offices balling my eyes out from pain, shame and humility. NOT THIS TIME! The Front Desk staff was cheerful, courteous, and welcoming. The entire office was soooo clean! I called yesterday at 4 pm as a new patient and they had just had a cancelation for 10am the next day. I of course jumped on it! I was in the waiting room for 3 min and they took me right back. Dr. G and Tiffany are a God send to the dental industry. Their bedside manner was impeccable! They didn't mouth shame me like others have and they diagnosed an issue I knew I had (that others denied) and were respectfully honest about new ones. I did cry this time as well, but THEY WERE TEARS OF JOY! They are the only dentist in 2 years that are not just offering a permanent solution but are advocating for my insurance approval. What a blessing. I highly recommend Luray Family Dental in Luray, VA to everyone in VA. It was well worth the 1 hr 10 min drive for me. I WOULD DRIVE ACROSS THE COUNTRY, ANY DAY OF THE WEEK, FOR ALL MY FUTURE DENTAL VISITS FOR LIFE!!!! 2 THUMBS UP AND A BIG RELIEF SMILE!!!"
