"Prices are on the high side. I had a wierd experience there when I asked where the lumber was. First there was an inquisition about what I wanted like I couldn't see for myself and when they finally let me into the secret limber room, a guy came and treated us as though we were where we weren't supposed to be. Likely won't return. It's only 30 minutes to Lowes."

"Good selection of items, but two major items I've purchased recently have been defective, which is an extreme inconvenience, because I've had to return them for repair or exchange, and they're heavy. Some staff members are helpful, but the norm is that most are stiff and standoffish, and that feels hostile and unwelcoming to me."
