"This is my second disappointing experience here. The first time, we had signed up for a special which was 2 hours of bowling. Our lanes continuously messed up and the mechanic who was sitting in the snack bar repeatedly ignored the calls for help or took an exceptionally long time unblocking our pins. The front desk person would move our lanes. Complete waste of money. This time the snack bar personnel was extremely rude. I ordered a pizza, fries, and a pitcher of soda. The lady said she couldn't sell me a pitcher of soda. They literally had a special of pizza and a pitcher. Instead of ringing this up, she argued with me. She called over the guy from the front because she was so ignorant and couldn't understand. Then they brought our pizza to us with no plates. After that they refused to fill our empty drink pitcher up with water. I used to absolutely love this place. Spent a lot of time here. Bowled on leagues and on the weekends. Now I dread when anyone says they want to come bowling."
