"They over work my father in law, like he is the only employee there. Although he says yes, its their incompetent scheduling that makes him feel he has to step up and step in . He does this bc he is a honorable working man with a goal. He has diabetes and they dont care. He drives long hours on little to no sleep just so the company and benefit from his tired feet and eyes. There been many time , where he is suppose to be off and they call him in. There are good people that work here dont get me wrong but I feel management needs to be looked at. There been many times where my father in law has been stranded on the side of the road bc tjr company wont provide decent vehicles for them to drive . I do hope this changes soon."

"DO NOT WORK FOR WILLIAMS MAIL SERVICE. The annual raise even for good long term employees for the last two years has been around $ 0.10. Yeah that's right 10 cents. Also they force you to pay for their health insurance even if you have another insurance and it is a ridiculous amount each month they take from your paycheck. However the owners don't have to pay for their insurance. NOT A GOOD PLACE TO WORK. THE OWNERS DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE EMPLOYEES AT ALL. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS YOU WON'T LET THEM WORK HERE."
"IT IS A GOOD PLACE TO WORK GOOD PART TIME MONEY I HAVE BEEN EMPLOYED FOR 8 MONTHS EVERYBODY IS EASY GOING I ENJOY RUN TO HAMPTON VA. 3 OR 4 NIGHTS A WEEK PICK UP AND DELIVER MAIL FOR THE US POST OFFICE IF YOU ARE NOT LATE AND HAVE A GOOD PUBLIC RELATIONS SKILL I HIGHLY RECOMMEND WILLIAMS MAIL SERVICES INC."
