"I went into Autonation Collison Center today to get an estimate on my car for paint repair I had an appointment, was a little late, but filled out the paperwork and waited 10 minutes for the estimator ( I guess their is only one estimator that works in this location). A white women walked into the shop and got the asking about some tape or something and the estimator jump into action to help her, I pointed out that I was there first and she went on to tell me that she was going get the painter and show her something, I told her I was there about a paint job as well. And she didn’t care and went to help the white women. I GUESS RACISM IS REAL. This is not the first I have experienced racism within the Autonation brand, I guess maybe I need to start doing something about it and not just voicing it but pushing it to other avenue so this can stop."
"I can't rave about this collision center enough. I purchased a 2023 BMW i4 on 1/31/2023. An inattentive driver rear ended me on 2/5/2023, literally less than a week after purchase. This isn't the forum to explain this headache. But let's just say, State Farm is trash and I'll leave it at that. Estela was a revelation. Kept me well informed throughout the process. Due to supply chain issues, it spent a few weeks in the shop. She made sure to keep me abreast of what was happening and the kind of timeframe they were working within. No offense, I hope to NEVER use a collision center's services again. But life happens, and if another unfortunate situation arises where I must procure the services I will do so again without hesitation. Looks and feels like the accident never happened."

Some other reviews mention delays in work or lengthy repairs, and while mine took longer than insurance estimated, the outcome was absolutely worth the wait.
