"The cabs aren’t yellow"
"This company is horrible and overpriced me $110 for a 45 minute ride but I had no choice at the time because they were the only place open late at night. Sam was my driver, the old man, and he kept denying to give me the ride at first and pulling out of the driveway after driving all the way there. Then he contuined requesting for the money up front in cash when I clearly explained to him that I needed to stop by the ATM to get the money from my friend on the card because he refused too accept a payment with a debit card. He never took me to the ATM. When we finally got there, I kindly asked him to wait so I check my balance before leaving and he just straight up left. No respect."

"Yellow Cab services a wide area. Not just Winchester so the customer volume is tremendous to say the least. Long wait times can be an issue with a large customer base like this but they honestly do the best with the drivers and vehicles they have. The biggest problem Yellow Cab has is finding people who are able to make it through the Winchester Police Dept's permit process. In order to drive a cab the standards are so high that I think it's easier to become a TSA agent than a cab driver in Winchester. Over all the service is great and I would recommend calling well in advance for your rides"
