Domino's Pizza

"If they tell you it's gonna be 30 minutes, add 30 to it. They'll sit and watch you wait and fill delivery orders when the delivery guy isn't even there to pick up. Not the smartest way to get orders out. Also I'm pretty sure they don't use heating and air conditioning. It's freezing in there while you wait in the winter and sweltering in the summer."

"I will never order from this store again. On the 12 of last month I did an online order. When I got there I was told they had to remake it. 40 minutes I waited. I asked if I would be credited for the time. Told by staff that I would receive an email. Never happened. Thought I would give them another chance. Big mistake. Called in my order told them I would pick up and pay. I have a form from berryville Ave domino's that every 10 pizza you buy you get one free. Or large 1 topping 8.00 a peice. I wasn't even trying to get a free pizza. I was trying to start my signatures towards my free pizza. Not only did they not have my order but they treated me as if I was stupid. The staff seemed clueless. One even said I don't understand what your saying. I was so discusted I left. They certainly don't stand behind there promotions. They can't even tell you the specials. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Very disappointed- I had placed an order and received the wrong one and when I called to tell them I received the wrong order, the man told me he would let the driver know and he would be to my location within 30mins. 45mins pass and still nothing, called them again to find out the driver is still nowhere near me and has three orders he has to drop off before coming to me even though my order was screwed up and should have been brought to me before the driver goes to drop off the other “three orders” as my order was placed before the others and was INCORRECT. Took my lunch break for work and didn’t even get to eat lunch on my break because my order was not here like it was supposed to be. This will be the last time I order from this dominos as they didn’t seem to care and I was not offered a credit or refund for my inconvenience."

"Ordered a large ham and sausage, but received a pepperoni and sausage. So I called them and they promptly sent me the correct pizza. No questions asked. Great management and great food"

"My order took an unusually long time to deliver. I live 1.1 miles from Domino’s and it left at 2:01pm per the tracker and arrived at 2:35pm. Both of my thin crust pizzas were not cut at all. I then opened the garlic knots only to find dry bread tossed in a box. There was not garlic butter or Parmesan on them. I then called the store at 2:43pm making them aware of the issue with the garlic knots and the employee Carly (I believe that was her name) yelled to another employee that “the lady with the uncut pizza is complaining about her garlic knots now” and came back on the phone and said it will be another 45 minutes to a hour wait if you want another one. I said yes I want this fixed, she asked my name and then hung up on me in the middle of me replying. I waited for over 2 hours for them to bring the replacement and IT NEVER CAME. Horrible accountability and management. Never will order here again."
