"Every time we order on the phone it’s usually someone with an accent so it’s very hard to understand them and they seem to have difficulty understanding us. Because,… our pizza has been wrong a couple times which- it’s the worst to go all the way home and then see it’s not correct, last time we checked before leaving and had to have it done again. They ended up just changing and adding toppings and more cheese and cooking again which kind of made me nervous that it could be spit in or something. So, needless to say, it wasn’t the best experience!"

"My money my way! I oder what I want, no matter the price.... even though it's a bit outrageous considering the delivery I got. Regardless if it's doordash or your own drivers. I paid for something and expect it the way I ordered it. And if it doesn't come with what I ordered and when I call to ask what happened I get told to come to the store and get it myself... I will get irate. Only then to get accused of it being my fault on the phone with the store staff. Then get hung up on ... NO!!! I don't spend my hard earned money in places like this."

"First experience in a while with Papa John. I ordered a simple pizza with the ‘The Works.’ They put so much stuff on the pizza everything slides off the crust. As well as being so much it also didn’t cook all the way, and everything is just raw. This is why I usually stick to the local places. At least some of them take pride in their food. The one good thing; the delivery guy was cool and I wish I had tipped him more. Really gross considering I paid for it."
