"This was my second time coming to Take 5 and the service was excellent, just as my first time. I was greeted as soon as I pulled up and handed a water bottle. They pulled up my car in the system and had all my information from my last service saved. They also offered other services which I did no take this time but they kindly wrote down some information for me so I could remember prices and come back when I’m ready. Although I was there for only a brief time, which is a testament to their quick service, I could tell they prioritized quality service and making sure their customers were happy and taken care of. I will definitely keep coming back!"
"I really like this place! Why? Because of the professionalism, teamwork, and honesty of the staff. When my oil was clean and at a good level, they told me instead of charging me to change my oil. They still topped off my fluids and made sure my tire pressure was good while remaining professional and kind. Lastly, I enjoy watching and listening to their teamwork and courtesy to each other."
"Super friendly, easy and great customer service. I had a trip planned for the next day and they got my oil changed and windshield wiper blades fixed in under 20 minutes. I will definitely be back. I also love their great communication with me and amongst themselves."
"I understand I am a woman, but they were trying to upsell me on every product they had. A guy pulled in next to me and he just told them what he wanted and they didn’t ask further questions. Then they put my skid plate back on incorrectly and it later fell off on the highway and I had to tie it up with a shoelace until I was able to make it back to the store so they could fix it. They ended up fixing it but it was frustrating because I knew they were struggling getting the skid plate back on in the first place and rather then ensuring it was okay they just let me go because they didn’t want to keep trying."
"The staff were prompt, professional, expert and honest. They called out to each other the technical information to confirm each step was accomplished correctly. As a former industrial and systems engineering instructor, I was impressed by this careful process of defect prevention. I don’t know if that is unique to this location, but whoever set it up deserves a raise. Great experience, full confidence. Thanks for the excellent service!"
