"These are my natural nails. Most salons don't understand that they must be treated differently. Snow has been taking care of me and my ridiculous nails for about 4 months now after I left my last salon and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Innovation bc of their attention to detail and obvious concern for customer experience. Give them a try. Edit: I was quite happy with the service I received here. I had to leave to find another salon bc this one has zero respect for an appointment. Every time I was there I saw a customer come in with an appointment be put off for an hour, a day, 30 minutes...without fail. I made my appointment when I was there every single time to be in two weeks. I began calling a few days before my appointment to see what I was being moved to bc it was always changed. I enjoyed the service however I expect my time to be respected as well rather than be pushed aside for a walk-in who shows up twice a year."

"I came in 45 mins before closing (i had work that day) and they asked me what i wanted and sat me down as soon as i walked in. the young lady was super fast and finished in about 30 minutes. she was very precise asking me if i liked it after every step. it was only $50 for a medium length set w/ gel."

"Absolute best nail place in the Roanoke/Salem area! The owner is so kind, she’s super friendly to everyone, and has the best customer service. The staff is super cheerful and does amazing quality work. My nails usually last 3 weeks before I’ve decided they’ve grown out too much and need them redone. The pictures speak for themselves."

"I had Tina and she wasn’t that good. I have been here before and had a pretty good experience. Today was much different. I wanted a pedicure with polish and a manicure with dip. Tina did not ask what type of pedicure I wanted, she gave me the most basic one. The paint job she did on my toes wasn’t the best. I picked out the color for my nails and it was sparkly white. She gave me sparkly pink and never even asked if I was ok with it. If I decide to go back, I will make sure not to get her. She was also unfriendly."
