"Extremely dirty. Not fit to serve food!!! Hand written list on the door of items they don’t have. Dirty parking lot. Trash covering the floor and tables. Food service line a complete mess. I walked out without even picking up my online order because I did not feel safe eating anything from this restaurant. About 40 minutes later I received a notification that my food was ready. Yea I don’t think so….."
"Horrible experience with ordering from this location. I had placed a pick up order and when I arrived it wasn’t yet ready despite I was 20 minutes late. The girl working stated that I’d have to go online and request a refund for chips since they were out. No problem for me I think that’s understandable especially for a dinner rush. Well I should have checked the rest of the order before leaving. I ordered the new quesadilla and half of the toppings were missing including salsa, vinaigrette, cheese and fajita veggies ordered that go into the quesadilla. It was shoved in a burrito bowl instead of a box AND to top it off the quesadilla had chipotle paper BURNT TO IT. This is absolutely unacceptable service, inedible, and a complete waste of money. Now, because I already used the Pepper portion of the app for my chips, I’m having to email customer service directly as their app won’t address another complaint on the same order."
