"Rarely answer phone calls when trying to schedule. Makes it a pain as most of the time you need to go in person to schedule. Workers are really nice but they are typically short staffed (I.e if someone is working on a car they don’t always have someone at the front desk). So sometimes you have to wait awhile. Highly suggest Discount Tires around the corner. Amazing customer service and they will price match! Also includes rotation and balancing for the life of those tires!"

"I've gotten tires here on two occasions, both times everything went well, both the price and service was good. The rest of the store is typical warehouse club. It's disappointing that the snack bar was removed a while back. The food there was inexpensive and good. Because of this I find myself making the trip out to Costco more often these days."

"Tire center was short staffed however the 2 technicians working handled walk-ins, appt and inquiries all with the most prompt and professional (very polite) demeanor. They really were on it!!! Kudos Gentlemen!!"

"Unhappy. I came in to get the Berkley fish oil. There was none, 2nd trip in a row. I went to check out, and there was only 1 cashier. The rest was all self check out. The concession stand is also gone. I may not renew my card."

"This was a great store but they end up taken lost of merchandise out that was great.know the gas prices are going way to high and are way to high for this area ! Sam's Club is always way lower than BJ'S and so are some others. Keep the prices down and your customers will be happy. Bring back Special K Drinks. It does work ! Slim fast taste like Vomit !"
