When I arrive, I am taken back for a shampoo within minutes, never have to wait for my stylist to finish with another client. I recommend booking multiple appointments to ensure you get the best time slot for your schedule as they do book out. I’ve heard they are all great, but I have to give a shout out to Stacey, who I love! I had my first facial today with Shannon and it was one of the best I’ve had in Richmond! As a mom of two littles, I don’t get much “me” time. This was 90 minutes of bliss and my skin felt great!"
