"I'm visiting from Northern Virginia and everything I've had from here has been absolutely delicious. I can be a bit snobby (maybe not the right adjective, discerning maybe...) about spirits. We had a Snowberry Cooler and The Icicle and I have absolutely no complaints, also, Jordan and Koi were delightful bartenders. The atmosphere is lively and family oriented but not overwhelming. Can't recommend this place enough."

"I had the Hilltopper burger which was recommended by my server. It was a burger coupled with some smoked beef brisket on a brioche roll. The menu says with 2 slices of cheddar cheese which I didn’t have on mine and just now seeing that I should have had it can’t say that I missed it. The Texas Q sauce was a great pairing but I must say the Sweet & Spicy sauce slaps as well. I ordered my burger medium well, it came more on the well side The wings were smoked then flash fried. I normally request wings dry so I can taste and see how they stand on their own. They were good sauced up once I got past removing some feathers. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would go back."

"We had heard good things and were excited to try this place. The food tasted great, but the portions on the build-your-own meat selections were astonishingly small. The pictured meal cost $16.24 before tax/tip… $6.25 for 1/4lb of brisket, $6 for one sausage link, and $3.99 for the side. I was limited on options since I’m eating low-carb this week and needed to avoid the sandwiches and wraps. I was very disappointed that I had the most expensive yet skimpiest meal at our table. Again, it tasted great, but I’m going to need to eat again sooner than planned."

"Loved the place! The food was excellent, very flavorful and well priced. Me and my boyfriend got the fries, brisket flat bread and bacon cheeseburger and the bar staff was friendly. Only issue was it seemed one of the bartenders was visibly ill and that made my stomach clench a little bit. Being a new restaurant I'm sure is hard to find good staff but if your staff is sick tell them to stay away. Also, maybe more cowboy neon cowboy decorations. I liked the neon signs."
