"I'm changing my review from 1 to 4 The lady at the drive through needs a raise !!! She is, I'm almost 90% certain, the reason things have gotten better. She needs more help, ACTUAL help. Don't over work those who have great work ethic. Even when the drive thru equipment wasn't working, she came outside in the rain and had customers come and place order at window."
"ONE GIRL WAS WORKING ALL BY HERSELF, making food , running it and drive thru . Meanwhile my fiancé and I witness her manager ask her what the hold up is? She was all by herself . He could’ve put his clipboard down and helped waited 45 minutes didnt mind at all when see saw there was only one . Great customer service from her . Terrible atmosphere because of him this took place at 12/28/23 at about 2:00"
"Staff were friendly, but we ordered 4 blizzards. I didn't think anything of them not doing the upside-down thing, but we went out to the car and realized they were all like milkshakes. We got two royals that didn't have the special centers. Very disappointing."
