"Every time I get a bean burrito here it's never consistent. This time it had a small amount of beans and the tortilla was super dry. Unpleasant to say the least! The last time it was loaded with onions and tasted awful. Pease be more consistent and not so stingy with the bean filling."

"The lady who was working drive thru was really nice and patient with us while placing our order the night of but out of my family of 5, 4 of us got food poisoning after eating here the NEXT MORNING. I’m not talking about a lil nausea here and there, im talking about toes curled into the floor, stripped naked and sweating whilst dookying my guts out and throwing up at the same time. Ya girl is dying and my poor bathroom is gonna need to be deep cleaned from the god awful smells I wasn’t even sure I could make out my one little body. Please save a life and go to a different Taco Bell because they’re not serving you safe food!"

"So I'll start off with the good, the 2 boys working the counter were very friendly( I'm assuming 1 was in training) we got our food fairly fast. The bad the food we got looked and was sloped together (but we ate it) now the really bad...while we were eating the 2 boys running the front came out to get up the trash (no gloves, which is fine I guess) but they were putting their hands down in the trash when they came back inside after taking it to the dumpster neither one washed their hands and proceeded to take an order and then after that they came back out into the lobby to stock up everything...I honestly don't think any of them working there wash their hands bc before we left a girl came in from her break and started making food...didn't wash her hands either!!!"

"I am tired of making an online order for inside pickup and finding out when I arrive that the inside of the store has been closed. This is time robbery, I have already paid and promised (via your app) that I will have a seat inside to eat my food, that my food will be ready in a timely matter. Not my food is ready, I can't cancel for a refund, I can't get an employee to pick up the phone and walk my food out. I am left to wait in a line around the building, 20 mins, a cold meal and having to drive 15 mins during lunch rush hour to eat my cold meal outside at a park with lots of wind. I didn't have utensils for my son which always ends with a mess. I've deleted the app and will no longer be a customer."

"The food was better than most Taco Bells. It was fresh and hot including the nacho cheese (a plus in my book) and the service was quick. The young employee who took our order was chipper and actually seemed to enjoy her job. We eat at TB when we want quick but don't want fried. This stop didn't disappoint."
