"Once ordered two chili cheese baked potato, got all the way home and only one baked potato but was charged for two. Wasn't going to drive 5 miles back . Last two times got baked potatoes, looked unwashed and old. Have switched to the one at Tanglewood Electric Road."
"I had just found out from my wife that the reason she cant visit this establishment any more because a disgruntled employee, named Ladetta, starting cursing and screaming all sorts of obscenities at her in the middle of the dining room infront of guests and other employees as soon as she walked through the doors! This happened not long ago and explains why she came home in tears that faithful. She wouldn't tell me why at the time but told me this evening when I asked her to go to Wendy's for dinner. And of course the manager acted like they didn't know anything but did apologize when I came in for some answers. Even my mother came into this establishment and canceled her order due to the same employee Ladetta who was completely rude to her! She is an old woman and sometimes it takes her a little longer than usual to order food when she visits a fast food establishment. Now if this is the way this establishment treats customers then I assure you that we won't come back here again. I can only imagine what she does to the food."
"This location used to be fast, friendly and shenanigan free. There used to be a lovely morning worker named Jennifer. Jennifer was pleasant. Now, there is a manager, who despite a mobile order and the absence of a single other customer, greets with “pull to door,” eons go by, then, just as you’re about to abandon all hope, appears, order in hand, no communication, just hands off moderately incorrect order and grumbles away. Super fun times."
"The food is usually on par with what you expect. The order is often wrong so you always need to check. The biggest frustration is it always takes 30 minutes to go through the drive thru even during slow times."
"This Wendy is my wife and I’s go to one for years now. We’ve never had an issue that I can think of. Staff is always very friendly. There’s a lady that does window sometimes, wears glasses, doesn’t say much but she makes my day and is always polite. I appreciate her."
