"We were referred there by a previous employee. Said they were good guys. Had a mini-van with a door that would not close right. One of the guys took a look at it. Told me I could probably fix it myself. They told me the latch needed to be cleaned and lubed – I could do it myself. No charge."

"I've had work done at Car Star twice, and service was exceptional both times. The first time I had extensive damage, and they fixed it at a low enough price that insurance didn't total the car out, and they fixed it before my insurance payment for a rental car ran out. The car ran perfectly and looked beautiful. The second time I had minor repair done, and they did it immediately even though they had a three-week backup. Staff is always friendly and helpful."

They were courteous, Professional, and very expeditious, and the way that they handled every aspect of the process. "My car was taken to CarStar as a USAA preferred body shop on June 23rd, to date (today is July 6th almost two weeks) I have not received a return phone call, service was great! estimate, or ETC. USAA also seems to be having difficulty getting in touch with anyone. Calling the shop allows you to access one of two voice mail boxes to leave a message. I did get someone to pick up once (insert elated cheer) but they couldn't help (insert disappointed sigh). I was assured my message would be passed along. Their operating hours are the same as most peoples work day, as I can't get a return call, my next step is to take a day off work to camp out on their doorstep. Anyone with good tent recommendations? Updated - I received a call from CarStar. They were apologetic about communication and provided me the information I had requested. They took time to explain various parts of the process, what I could expect next, and an estimated ETC. Very professional and knowledgeable during conversation. I'm happy to say I am no longer in the market for a tent. Here's the before pics... Admittedly I have a new appreciation for the term "Built Ford Tough". Stay tuned for after pics sometime early August. Final update- They did great! I’m so happy with the communication throughout the process as well as weekly touch points from Rick. She is running great and looks brand new."
