"I took my car in for front end rattling at highway speed (60+). They reported I needed rear wheel bearings; which sounded unlikely. I'm not a professional mechanic, so I reluctantly agreed. $900 later I got my car back and nothing changed. The problem was still there, so they obviously did not test drive it. I took it next door to "Auto Pros" and they replaced the tie-rod ends and ball joints. The problem was solved. I'll never go back to "Custom Car Care"."

"First time customer, but it won't be the last time! After installing coilovers and rear control arms in my 2020 WRX, I immediately scheduled an appointment for an alignment. They got my car into the shop within 5 minutes after checking in. Once the initial alignment check was done, Brady showed me the results and asked me how I wanted the car set up. I gave him my desired specs and they delivered. It took a couple hours to finish the job, but I'm glad they took their time instead of just getting it "within factory spec" like other big-name shops do. I left the next day on a week-long, 800-mile road trip and the car handled nicely. No pulling, no vibrations, and no abnormal tire wear. Overall, great friendly service and excellent results."
