"I went to get 2 tires changed. I was at the tire center not too long after it opened and the employee that was at the front desk was Nya. I know that from looking at her name tag. I received the worst customer service ever from her. The moment I walked in she was on her phone texting the entire time. She asked what I needed. I told her I needed 2 tires changed. While still looking at her phone she asked my tire size. I said I dont know. She said then go back to your car and look at the sticker on the passenger door and get the size and come back an tell me. I checked all around the door until I found it and brought it back. The entire time she was on her phone and was very rude how she spoke. After putting in my service request I asked her how long will it take. She looked at me like how dare I ask her that so I told her because I am wondering if I should go home or stay. She said you should leave very rudely. I asked how many hours because I can stay for a few. She said, "just leave, its gonna take long." This girl spent most of her time texting and looking at her phone, and didn't even give me eye contact. She acted like it was the worst day of her life and it was my fault that she was working where she was. She spoke to me as if i was interrupting her from her texting instead of her actually providing good customer service and doing her job. Although the customer service was horrible, they did a great job on my tires, but they need a new customer service rep with manners and hospitality. First impressions are a big deal and they can lose a lot of customers like that."

"Very busy all times. Staff is friendly. Work is good. I have had tires, oil change ,as well as air pressure sensor replacement all has been fine."

"All staff were excellent with great customer service! Ronnie went the extra mile answering all my questions and being very helpful. It was obvious they were very busy, however Ronnie didn’t let that hinder his customer service. This was a great experience. As much as I hate going to to Any automotive shop! Thank you Ronnie !"

"Went as a walk in to get four tires at 3 PM and was denied service due to having only three tire appointments before they close at 7PM. They said due to only having two techs. I walk outside, and there are three techs on their phones standing outside the door."

"Got new two tires from here. Recommend going on a week day and calling multiple times if they don't pick up the first time. Staff was friendly. Took about 45min from parking to levering out."
