"I purchased two cars from Auto Haus And in about a month, Both had check engine lights coming on. Not even nine months of having my Mercedes, I have put out over $3000 in repairs. No need to take it back to them because they are going to charge you, or not fix it correctly anyway. My calls have gone unanswered and no one‘s concerned. my latest Mercedes, the brake pads were installed backwards. I had to pay another mechanic to get that fixed. I alerted their service department and they never responded. I would not buy another car from them nor would I recommend unless you want to put out more money in repairs. Ironically, this has happened to me twice. one would have think I would have learned my lesson the first time."

I had notified the folks at the dealership that I was going to be at their location in the early morning hours. In addition, I was given a great discount on the new unit, MB GLS450. Amazed: Please note that during the time that I waited to finalize my paperwork, I noticed other clients walking in and buying a car in just minutes. A beautiful white BMW hardtop convertible with red interiors and a beautiful BMW sedan. Happy customers and great conversation with the staff. I will be back for another sports car in the future.
